The challenge
Pelotonia’s website lacked a centralized, intuitive hub where community members, partners, volunteers, and participants can easily access brand assets, operational documents, event handbooks, and other important resources. As Pelotonia continues to grow — with expanding events like Ride Weekend and Gravel Day, educational resources, and community initiatives — the need for a more organized, accessible, and self-service resource center has become critical.
the solution
After extensive user research, site-mapping, wireframing, stakeholder interviews, and testing — we created a new grass-roots, upscale design with a unified resource library for brand assets, media kits, event handbooks, FAQs, and more. With new search features users can now find what they need quickly, while the updated navigation reflects Pelotonia’s mission and community focus.
